Terms of Use.

These terms govern your use of goldstandardindex.com and the Gold Standard Diagnostic program, operated by Aisle3, Inc. ("Aisle3," "we," "us"). By using the site or applying for a Diagnostic, you agree to them.

The service

The Gold Standard Index® is a measurement system that scores how well a brand's Amazon business is being run. The site provides information about the Index; the Diagnostic program provides qualifying brands with a score, discipline breakdown, and prioritized findings.

Diagnostic program

• Applications are reviewed and accepted at our discretion. Qualified brands receive their first Diagnostic at no cost, funded by Aisle3.
• The Diagnostic requires read-only access to your Amazon accounts, granted through Amazon's authorization systems and revocable by you at any time.
• Your score and findings are yours to keep and use internally. The Diagnostic creates no obligation to engage Aisle3 for any further services.
• The scoring methodology, including its checks, metrics, weightings, and thresholds, is proprietary to Aisle3 and is not disclosed.

Not professional advice

Scores, benchmarks, and findings are informational. They reflect our methodology applied to your data at a point in time, and are not financial, legal, or investment advice. Business decisions based on them are your own.

Intellectual property

The site, the Index methodology, and all content are the property of Aisle3, Inc. Gold Standard Index® and GSI® are registered trademarks of Aisle3, Inc. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Index or its outputs without written permission. Client names and logos appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false application information, attempting to probe or disrupt our systems, or using the site to build a competing scoring product.

Disclaimers

The site and the Diagnostic are provided "as is." We do not warrant that scores are error-free or that acting on findings will produce any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aisle3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the Diagnostic, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
