How your Amazon data is handled, in plain language
Access is granted through Amazon's own authorization systems, scoped to read-only. We can see reports; we cannot change a price, edit a listing, move inventory, touch a campaign, or take any action in your account. We never receive or store your Amazon login credentials.
The reporting surfaces the score is computed from: sales and traffic, advertising performance, inventory and fulfillment, catalog and listing content, Buy Box and pricing, and reviews. Nothing beyond what the scoring pipeline needs.
Access is limited to the senior operators working on your Diagnostic. Your account-level data is never shared outside Aisle3, never sold, and never shown to another brand.
Published benchmarks are aggregate and anonymized: tier distributions, category medians, common failure patterns. No published figure identifies a brand, and cohorts are large enough that none can be inferred.
Data is encrypted in transit, held in access-controlled systems, and retained only as long as needed to operate your scoring. We review access regularly and remove it when an engagement ends.
You can revoke access yourself at any time from your Amazon account settings. No phone call, no waiting on us. On request, we delete previously collected account data. Email gsi@aisle3.com and it's done.
Read-only access · No credentials stored · Senior operators only · Aggregate-only publishing · Revocable and deletable at any time
